At Tekstore.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product
• The product is unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included

2. Order Packing & Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure transparency and prevent fraud:

• Tekstore.pk records a video while packing every order as proof of product condition and contents
• Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video from start to finish when opening the parcel

⚠️ Important:
If an unboxing video is not provided, any claim for refund, return, or exchange will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind or no longer needed
• Incorrect order placed by the customer
• Minor color or design variations
• Damage caused after delivery
• Items without original packaging or accessories
• Claims made without a proper unboxing video

4. Return Process

To request a return:

• Refunds are processed only after verification through packing and unboxing videos
• Once approved and the product is received, refunds will be issued

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products
• Replacement will be shipped after the returned item is received and verified

7. Delivery & Courier Responsibility

• Customers are advised to check the parcel at the time of delivery
• Tekstore.pk is not responsible for damage caused after delivery acceptance

8. Refused or Unclaimed Orders

If an order is refused or not accepted at delivery, no refund will be issued, and future orders may require advance payment.
