• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available unless otherwise specified

• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days
• Delivery times may vary due to courier issues, traffic, weather conditions, technical problems, or law & order situations
• Tekstore.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier services

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy
• Customers must record a complete unboxing video
• Refunds or returns will not be accepted without a proper unboxing video
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

7. Order Packing & Evidence

• Tekstore.pk records order packing videos as proof of product condition and contents
• These videos are used for verification in case of disputes

8. Refused or Fake Orders

• If a customer refuses to accept the parcel or provides incorrect delivery information, no refund will be issued
• Repeated refused orders may result in order restrictions or account blocking

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on Tekstore.pk, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Tekstore.pk
• Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited

10. Limitation of Liability
